People

PEMF sessions for people typically range from 20–60 minutes, depending on your goals and needs. Your first session is 30 minutes and includes a full-body treatment along with focused attention on your primary areas of concern.

Because PEMF works by supporting your body's natural healing and recovery processes, consistency is important. We generally recommend starting with 3 sessions within the first 2 weeks to help establish a response, after which treatment frequency can be reassessed based on your progress and goals.

Pets

PEMF therapy can be used with a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and more. Sessions are tailored to your pet's size, condition, and comfort level, and typically last between 10 and 30 minutes.

Because animals are often highly receptive to PEMF therapy and generally require less treatment area than humans, effective sessions can often be completed in a shorter amount of time.

Equine

Equine PEMF sessions typically range from 30 to 60 minutes and are customized to your horse's individual needs, workload, and goals. The first session is a 30-minute full-body treatment designed to help your horse become comfortable with the PEMF equipment while allowing us to assess their response to therapy.

Because every horse responds differently, this introductory session helps establish the best treatment approach moving forward. For horses that have not previously been exposed to PEMF, we do not recommend scheduling a session immediately before a competition or show, as individual responses can vary.
